Tamela Manneh is one of the few women in the world who managed to lose so much weight while still maintaining a sexy figure. She followed a special diet plan designed just for her to shed all that unwanted weight and then joined the famous Weight Watchers. Well, that definitely worked wonders for her, right?

Right! Tamela Manneh lost well over 50 pounds or 22.6 kilograms of weight in her first few months of intense weight loss. This is a phenomenal rate of losing weight and keeping it off. But how did she do it?

For starters, she got help from some experts and nutritionists. These people analyzed her eating habits and gave her appropriate nutrition based on the results of her body scans. Tamela used this nutritionist's advice to cut out bad foods and increase her intake of good ones such as proteins and carbohydrates. This helped her on her weight loss journey and she lost well over 100 lbs in the first 6 months of her weight loss program.

Tamela also used exercise regularly and religiously. She follows a yoga regime which not only burns calories but keeps the metabolism going. She does this by swimming, jogging and even has occasional dancing. All these activities help her burn calories and lose weight while maintaining her figure. She gained back all the weight she had lost well over 100 lbs within a few weeks. You should have the mental strength to overcome temptation and the motivation to do what it takes to follow through with your goal. If you truly want to become a great bodybuilder and lose weight as fast as you can, then be willing to put in a lot of hard work and be consistent.
