Open an Excel spread sheet on your computer for editing. Navigate to "Adobe Excel" and then "sheets" for the format of your graph. Go to File> New from the menu, then click on "Exercise Metrics". Check the box marked "Custom Metrics", and enter your weight loss metrics in the boxes. If you have previously created an exercise chart, go to Exercise and Custom Metrics in the main menu.
